Very pleasant member of staff, gave us time alone to choose and discuss our final purchase, very informed when a question as was asked. Very clear explanation of the paperwork, so all in all a very pleasant experience.

We had already been to the store the previous week and spoken to Geoff who was extremely helpful regarding some bedding. We rand up a few days later & Geoff kindly put aside the bedding for us to collect a couple of days later. Sam served us when we collected the bedding - very friendly & very helpful. We called into the store in Truro. We were visiting the area from Plymouth and it is the nearest store to us. We had the intention to look for a new mattress but we're so impressed with availability of the products we decided to purchase a mattress there and then. However, the assistant, Alan, then explained for a relatively additional amount we could purchase the bed frame and the mattress which we then did. Excellent service and advice.

The Sales Assistant we dealt with, Austin, was extremely helpful and well informed. He did not put any pressure on us, he guided us through the mattress selection process and gave us plenty of space to consider our purchase. Overall I felt he was extremely professional and gave great customer service. I have already recommended speaking to him to others.
