I would like to thank Austin for his excellent service during our visit. He listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us to find the best mattress available. He paid great attention to H&S and explained all the covid procedures as we went. A very good salesman!

Assisted by helpful, knowledgable staff, Daniella & Austin who were friendly and profession. They are a real asset to the Truro store and Dreams.

The store was light and airy and the precautions taken in relations to covid were outstanding. Austin was very helpful. He had the perfect level of engagement - as in did not abandon us but also did not ignore us. Following the assessment on the mattress tester he took our wishes into account straight away and did not try to push something more expensive or that did not fit our wishes. He made sure he knew our needs and wishes and was happy to work with that. He made us feel comfortable to try things and left us to it while making himself available for questions etc. We had intended to also look in another shop but did not see the need following this experience. You have a great member of staff there.

The store manager asked if he could help and was polite and helpful but did not pressurise. The store was clean and the COVID restrictions were in place and regulations kept.

Despite being new to Dreams, the young lady who dealt with us was very efficient, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She is a great credit to the Company.

As a wheelchair user I have specific height requirements and it can be hard finding the right bed and mattress combination. The lovely staff member was very patient and understanding and very hands on with finding what was right for me. I will most definitely be back when I need another bed in the future.

Very friendly service easy and a smooth transition

We were very pleased with the assistant that helped us choose our mattress ,she was so professional and friendly.

The sales assistant, Kioni, was very helpful without being in the least bit pushy. She explained the results of the bed test clearly and showed us the relevant mattresses that we were interested in. The hygiene guidelines were followed and we felt safe.

I was immediately greeted by Kioni. She was both friendly and professional. I was buying a divan bed for the first time and she clearly talked me through the different options - classic/luxury and drawers v's ottoman. The pricing was clear and fabric choice samples available to see. I was very impressed. I then went to Benson beds - and their staff were not a patch on Kioni so I returned to Dreams to place my order. Kioni told me she was a newbie - but was really informative. People buy from people and Kioni was the reason I placed my order.
