The customer service assistant was called Sam and he was one of the friendliest and helpful assistants I have ever met in any type of store. Very patient too especially as both of my childrrn tested every bed in store!!

Austin was exceptionally helpful. I had to buy a mattress for my 9 year old daughter and he was great with her. My two children were very excitable and he was very patient. He allowed me to use the phone as I had no signal. He explained all the products I was interested in and definitely came across as knowing his products. I felt he engaged with my mattress needs and that he was happy to give me his time, I didn't feel rushed. I also spoke to a man called Sam regarding my delivery as I had a request and he was very helpful. Really great service.

The assistant Lucy was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient - everything you would want in an assistant.

The colleagues from the Truro branch who served us were fantastic, the lady (Lucy was particularly helpful and even remembered the contents of our previous order and which room they were going in) Both colleagues understood our requirements and worked hard to help us achieve what we were looking for.

Austin who helped and advised us was understanding and sympathetic of our needs. He was not 'pushy' but advised us in such a way that we could make the final decision for ourselves. Of course, a cup of tea was and added bonus!

She helped us through the whole process of choosing a mattress and bedframe in a friendly and professional way. She was knowledgeable and patient and offered excellent understanding of customer experience. Our order was also processed quickly and clearly so we understood all the details of costs and timing for delivery. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience
