We weren't, in the store long when we found our bed and Sam was on hand to take our order. Painless.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, and nice, and gave me her undivided attention.The range ofbds and mattress types was superb.

I was spoken to quickly by a friendly member of staff and my bed related issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manor!

Sam approached me quickly and provided me with the information I asked for. He showed me the beds in the range I was looking for and allowed me to make my own decision. All round fast and efficient purchase

Geoff at the Truro branch was very knowledgeable, friendly, spent time with us to fully explain things and answer questions. I dislike pushy sales people, so it was good to receive excellent customer service and not pressured to buy. My only disappointment is the expected time of delivery is 6-8 weeks.

Had just what we were looking for, felt very relaxed trying out the mattresses and didn't experience any pressure selling. Mattress options were explained and we were left to try them at our leisure. Not easy to feel comfortable in an environment like that trying such a personal thing but we felt we could have fallen asleep there!
