Lucy, the sales assistant was first rate, friendly but not pushy. She knew all about the products and communicated exceptionally well.

The staff member, Austin, was very polite and helpful. He helped us to consider issues we had not thought of. He did not push us to buy any one particular product but guided is by our needs to try as many products as we wanted to. He also made us a cup of tea!

We were well informed on arrival about the colour coding of the mattresses and where to find further information either on the end or top of mattress. We were also advised about how to find the price for a single bed and mattress (which is what we were looking for) as well as any extras such as drawers. This initial introduction meant that we were able to explore the store knowing exactly what we were looking at for each bed and mattress

Excellent customer service and product choice. Customer service was better here than any other shop we have been to in years, we are currently refurbishing our home and have been to lots of places that could benefit from customer service like we received today from the assistant.

Austin in Truro has spent 6 months helping me choose the right mattress. He has never pushed the sale and has always welcomed me to the store and gave me all the information I needed to make a considered purchase of a tempur mattress. I felt welcome and despite my procrastination he treated me with the utmost respect. When I finally was ready to spend that kind of money he supported me through the purchase and thanked me for choosing to buy with him. He is a credit to the company. I will recommend him to everyone i know who may be thinking of purchasing a bed of mattress.

Austin, who served us, came across as highly knowledgeable about the products on sale and was also quite interesting in the information he gave us. I had no idea that bamboo was used in the production of mattresses or of the different types of mattress available. He was extremely friendly, invited us to try out the different mattresses and made a very good cup of tea. I have rheumatoid arthritis and need to walk with a stick. This slows me down considerably but not once did Austin appear impatient (which does sometimes happen in some shops) and he took the trouble to ensure that I could use the lift and offered a chair when necessary. Austin is clearly an asset to your company. He did not give us any "hard sell" or try to push us into anything. He was also at pains to ensure that we were made aware of our rights when making a purchase and that the information he gave was clear and easily understood. Because of his attitude and help, I would have no hesitation in returning to your company to make another purchase if necessary. Thank you, Austin.
