Dreams - Truro

I was allowed to enter the store and browse a while before being asked if I needed any help. If I had been approached as soon as I stepped over the threshold I would have turned and walked away. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I didn't have a lot of time to spare so I found his suggestions helpful and positive.

As soon as we walked through the door we were helped, while we looked at the beds the assistant offered us a cup of tea or coffee which we gratefully accepted then she left us alone to try the beds , she wasn't overpowering but just there when we needed help . She really was so very helpful . The sale was all done with ease , we were offered another cup of tea / coffee .

We found the sales assistant (Austin) in your Truro branch to be helpful and knowledgable. He was never pushy and took time to explain all our options and to understand our needs. We were very impressed by the service.

Austin the dreams colleague was a friendly and very helpful person. He had us refreshments made and once the bed was purchased we discussed my husbands sleeping style due to pillow issues. He took the time to find a mattress like our current one and a selection of pillows to find the right one for him. This led to a further sale and a peaceful nights sleep for my husband.

We had already visited the store to look for what we wanted. We found all the information we needed at the store by ourselves (we were offered assistance, but declined and were left alone to look, which is what we wanted). At home, we researched the internet and decided to return to the Dreams store and buy the item.

Sales assistant was very polite, helpful, patient and fairly knowledgeable .
