We were adviced & supported by a very knowledgable member of staff. A no time did we feel pressured to buy. We were given enough time & space to then make an informed choice.

We had already decided what we wanted before we arrived at the store. The salesman checked all stock was available for us and processed our order. No pressure selling and he was friendly and professional.

Dream colleague Sam was very helpful and friendly even making us a cup of tea ,which we had while we pondered over which mattress to buy.He showed us all of our options and then left us to talk it over to decide which one we wanted.
