Great customer service. Didn't rush me or pressure me into ordering. Offered a cup of tea whilst we took our time and made a decision. This is the second thing I've ordered from dreams and I would come back again.

The store was busy on the first day of the Christmas sales but the staff were attentive and aware of the customers in the store, who were dealt with in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner. We were choosing a new mattress and didn't require too much assistance as we'd read the relevant information on your website first, but the customer representative that we approached was able to answer our queries without hesitation.

We had no idea what bed we required but were approached after about 5 minutes looking round by Lucy at Truro store. She was very professional, friendly and explained the colour coding - she was not pushy in any way. We visited another store nearby and saw the products were not of the same quality and went back to Dreams. Lucy remembered us and we were assisted by her in our decision to purchase the right bed - the whole thing was made easy and she was able to answer our queries also assisting with queries about pillows
