Dreams - Truro

We purchased at the Truro and found your staff member Lucy, very knowledgeable, I work in sales and was impressed how she sold your products without being pushy though still having the strength to close the sale. We were quite prepared to shop around, though after Lucy's guidance we were happy we had found exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. I would suggest that some of the headboards on display are changed. Some headboards were grubby and rubbed through where customers have walked between the display beds. I was disappointed having chosen to spend quite a lot of money then to be informed that there was an additional delivery charge. How else am I going to receive this bed??? Delivery should be included!

The lady who served us was extremely friendly and had a good understanding of the products. She recognised us from previous visits and remembered which products we had already ordered. I was very pleased with her professionalism. We bought products on a 3 for 2 offer and was delighted that the computer did not just give us the cheapest four items for free

Austin was very helpful, friendly yet professional. Cannot comment on the bed or mattress yet as it hasn't been delivered yet, but a pleasant and easy shopping experience in the store.

Very happy with the level of attention we received, not too over the top but helpful when we needed it. Coffee was really nice touch too.
