STAFF APPROACHABLE. I HAD LIST OF QUESTIONS AND ALL WERE DEALT WITH EFFICIENTLY. ORDERING WAS EASY, THE GENTLEMAN WHO SERVED ME WAS VERY KIND.

Could look and test the mattresses without being rushed or pressured into buying anything.

This was our first visit to a Dreams store and, we were happy with the layout and the staff who were very helpful. Questions were answered promptly and, we were left alone when we needed to talk about which mattress we were going to buy.

Served by Austin. Given information as we needed it. Wasn't pushy but allowed us to browse. Excellent service.

We attended the store in Truro and the assistant called LUCY was brilliant. He was very attentive and understood everything we were looking for. Extremely helpful and very funny and made me and my Husband feel very comfortable. Very good at her job 😊

It was like spending an afternoon with close friends - a really enjoyable afternoon!No pushy sales person - really helpful and friendly (made us lots of cups of tea!). Lucy from the Truro branch, answered all questions with obvious knowledge and confidence, but with an informal friendliness that put us at ease and made the experience of purchasing from Dreams a most enjoyable one.

We had called in a few days earlier and Austin helped us when we looking at beds. When we returned just before closing on the day of purchase he remembered us and was pleased to help even though it was closing time - which we didn't realise until we got there - he was helpful and spent time us with to complete our purchase and helped us with accessories too. His colleague also stayed with us and was very friendly we will certainly return because doe the great customer service Well done
