I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF ALL THE GOOD ADVICE I WAS GIVEN ABOUT CHOOSEING A THE RIGHT MATRESS AND BED THAT I WOULD NEED BY THE STAFF AT DREAMS AND OVERALL IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO THERE TO GET A BED.

I found the assistant Austin extremely helpful. I told him I was looking for a 2 drawer divan and he showed me the divans in that range. He was very informative and helpful and I made my choice. I did need help with buying a mattress as I was unsure of which type to purchase. Austin explained the difference in the mattresses, he asked about my sleep posture and I tried 4 different mattresses before making my choice. Austin certainly made my bed buying experience a happy one!

The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I never felt rushed and was given time to make my choice.

SERVICE WAS GOOD ADND AUSTIN WAS VERY PATIENT

Assistance was readily available. All question/queries were addressed well. Ordering was quick and straightforward.

The sales assistant Lucy was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to make a decision.

The staff were friendly but not pushy, I enjoyed my cup of tea!

Austin was both knowledgeable and helpful; he handled this potentially intimate subject with tact and patience and answered all our questions well

We were served by Geoff who had a full knowledge of the stock and was able to help us make a decision on what would best suit us for our requirements and in out price range.

We dealt with Geoff when we were there and having been thrown into a very quick house move with no beds to sleep on, Geoff took on the seriousness of our situation and acted quickly and efficiently trying to find a way to get as much of the stuff to us as possible as quickly as possible. Outcome:-beds to sleep on 4 days later!!!
