Lucy from the Truro store was very knowledgeable and took time to understand both what I was looking for and to ensure the right sized delivery vehicle would be available. I was impressed with her courtesy and helpfulness. The bed I chose was available within my time constraints and the option to have it assembled was perfect for my needs.

3rd visit to your store - bought a mattress on the 1st visit - delighted with attention and help of sales assistant (Lucy) - returned to your store back in May this year to window shop - again, very happy with information/help given by your sales assistant (Lucy again) - and yet again visited your store, this time to make purchases. Lucy (again) was extremely efficient and very helpful. Now looking forward to delivery of goods (once of course the 2 bedrooms have been decorated and re-carpeted - ready to receive the 2 new bases and one new mattress.....

The staff were all friendly left us browse didn't pounce on us as soon as we walked in but were there when needed. The staff member was very efficient and had good knowledge of product. When we had decided on product the sale was processed with a nice cup of tea and the whole visit was a good experience thank you.

Austin really showed great understanding of our need's. He allowed us sufficient time to try the product and was sensitive to our conversation regarding our price limit. All in we have ended up with a mattress that's actually makes us want to go to bed earlier on account of its sheer conform and support. A true credit to customer service. The assistant that served me was called Austin and was very helpful as I wasn't sure what style or colour bed frame I wanted but he showed me a large range of styles and colours to help me decide what was best for my room,there was no rushing and my first experience in one of your stores was very pleasant and I have recommended you to family already and I'm sure I will be buying from you again very soon.

Austin the gentlman who helps us choose our bed really took the time to understand our needs. He gave us several choices and price points. He also gave us the space we needed to make the right choice without pressure. A real credit to your company and a please to do business with. So much so I decided to replace my sons bed whilst I was there. If this feedback gets back to store please thank him for us.

Excellent service but not too pushy. Allowed us to make up our own minds but offered assistance when required. Very pleased with the bed we have chosen. Although a little disappointed that the delivery will be four weeks.
