Austin served us during our visit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He assured us he would ask the delivery men to deliver the bed upstairs, which they did. The two delivery men were charming, courteous and came with smiles.

Geoff was very knowledgeable and patient with my family and explained the differences in the options of beds for my 2 year old daughter. He was efficient, not pushy and overall extremely friendly. We were very happy with the experience.

very helpful salesman, who directed us to a range of mattresses which we were searching for and could try out several different manufacturers product. He then left us to 'try' the beds, without us feeling any need to make a swift decision. He then appeared later to see how we were getting on, and if there were any questions we needed answering.

We were given assistance with our purchase and our questions were answered in a friendly yet helpful way. We did not feel rushed and were allowed time to discuss which purchase we finally decided upon.
