Dreams - Truro

The Dreams salesman was extremely helpful, explaining the differences between the various types of mattresses available and avoided the pitfall of being overly pushy. All our questions were answered promptly and any information not immediately to hand e.g. delivery times/availability etc., were quickly checked and advised. The whole shopping experience was made easy and a genuine pleasure.

Great staff, no pressure sales and good value for money

The sales man that helped me was fantastic! His name is James in the Truro store. He was polite, knew what he was talking about and helped me get the best bed for my money

The member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome, she made sure we were Ok and that she was there if we needed her but at no time did we feel hassled. We felt comfortable to spend as much time as we needed trying out the beds. We at no time felt pressured into buying and she was also excellent with my son (who is 5 and a handful).

The sales assistant Lucy was friendly and helpful on arrival in the store, she looked after our every need and went out of her way to make our son (aged 5) comfy and happy. She left us in private so that we could discuss our needs yet was immediately on hand to answer any questions. We went in to buy a specific pillow and left having ordered over £1000 on new bedroom furniture! This was in no way a hard sell but Lucy was able to offer advice and suggestions to help us make our decisions. My husband and I left the shop and both said 'every shop should have a Lucy'.

The gentleman who looked after us Austin,was so helpfull,nothing was a problem for him,he put a mattress topper on a bed for us to lie on,to see if we liked it,also got a pillow for us.

My Husband and I were very satisfied with Austin a member of staff, he explained different types of beds, mattress, pillows etc, our only query, was the long wait for our bed, other than that we were very pleased. I could answer the setting up of the bed, it would be when it is all fitted up after delivery. Your sincerely Mrs S K Lewis

We found the perfect bed we were looking for and the assistant, Austin, was very helpful and knowledgeable about all products.
