The Assistant who served was very knowledgeable about the products on display, suggested we try one mattress we liked. Then try another then go back to the original one to compare softness & comfort. Also he offered us a cup of tea or coffee. What we liked about the assistant was he did'nt try to rush our decision making on which product to buy.

We had a good idea what we wanted allowed to browse before making our decision service was excellent

Salesman was attentive without being intrusive. When asked for information he was able to give full and accurate information. The range of items available was impressive and the prices very good, especially as there was a special offer on giving extra discount. We were able to browse as we wanted and then sit down to discuss matters (with a cup of tea provided). We were not rushed or pushed into anything we did not want, just given the alternatives and allowed to make up our own minds with the information given.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, without being too pushy. He took time to explain the difference between products to help us to decide the best option for our needs. We felt that although we took a long time to decide which product to go for, the assistant was very patient and helpful.

Lucy was still there in the store whom we dealt with last year when we purchased another mattress. We wished to upgrade our bed to a SK and wanted the same mattress in SK that we bought last year for our K bed. We forgot to take the info with us but Lucy was able to find our previous order on line and order the same in SK. We were also looking for a wooden frame bed and Lucy brought us tea whilst we were browsing. She took time to show us what was available in the store in even though we told her we had seen one elsewhere online but we had to wait rather along time for it as they had run out of stock. Unfortunately you did not have anything we wanted in the bed frame and she was quite happy with that and even gave us the name of another store that might be able to help. Eventually we found what we wanted elsewhere and they could deliver much earlier than we had anticipated. The mattress had been ordered to come when we thought the bed was coming but in the end we had to change the order to receive the mattress earlier which Lucy was able to do, although we could not have it as early as we wanted when the bed was arriving so that was the only negative point.

The staff in the store achieved a perfect balance of being available to help and advise, while at the same time leaving us alone to try out different beds and make up our minds in a relaxed and unpressurised way. We were greeted within seconds of entering the store and informed which areas of the store to concentrate on to find what we were looking for which made the job of finding the right product much easier. The process of placing the order was very smooth, well explained and all options were put to us in a fair and informative way without any 'hard sell' tactics which would often deter me from visiting a place again. Well done to all three members of staff on duty that day who were all pleasant, approachable and helpful.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because the member of staff assisting me was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. He showed us exactly where the key mattresses were and was eager to answer all of our questions to the very best of his ability, even confirming certain information with other members of senior staff.

Had exactly what I was looking for. The assistance was very good and it made the whole experience very easy and quick. Would definitely shop their again.
