The staff were professional, courteous and well informed. The staff made a great effort to explain the COVID 19 precautions in place in the shop

Most of all the sleep match programme.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, store layout good, felt Covid safe and staff weren't afraid of reminding customers sanitise and keep safe distance.

The sales assistant was refreshingly un-pushy. Very welcoming and dealt with our queries well.

The girl that helped us was enthusiastic had a sense of humour and willing to help us. she had knowledge of the products she had and new where to find them she also helped to find a mattress to are budget and not pushing us to spend more, I find that not very help full and wastes a lot of time. overall the staff in general where grate and I will be returning to them for my mattress. thank you

The staff were very friendly, the store was immaculate and facilities were great too. Austin (Truro branch) who served us was an absolute pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and very patient. A credit to the company - I work in sales for a living and his customer service is exactly what I would expect from myself. All in all excellent service

Geoff the store manager was very patient and listened to our needs. He understood our concerns and didn’t patronise in his demeanour, this is important to us. He was very professional throughout our visit and worked hard to ensure we chose wisely for our needs.

The assistant was was friendly and helpful and I found what I wanted and pad for it quickly.

I went to the Truro branch and was served by Alex, she was absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable regarding the type of mattress I was looking for, I was actually not intending on buying anything for a while, I usually like to brows for a long time beforehand, gather all of my information along the way. We'll, I ended up with the Flaxby 4450, Alex said she had this one herself and sang it's praises. I genuinely feel so excited for delivery day and was relieved to find it was only 4 weeks. I had actually left the store but Qlex had made such an impression, really nothing was too much trouble so I decided on Thursday (29/04) to just call her and order it, I love in the Cotswolds but made a point of putting the sale through with Alex because of all of the time and effort she invested in myself and my husband. She had it all done and ordered in a flash and I even ended up buying some Cloud Tempur pillows and a Flaxby mattress protector. Thank you Alex, absolutely wonderful service, especially when it feels as the fun has been taken out of shopping with the dreaded Covid. An absolute star 🌟
