My husband and I decided to buy a larger bed and went to Dreams as we had previously had a good experience at the Truro store, having recently bought a bed for my son's new house. I had researched a fair bit on-line and read many customer reviews, but visiting the store helped a great deal as we received first class attention from Lucy who explained the different types of mattresses to us. I had intended to try out the mattresses in store and then go home and order on-line to gain the benefit of the free delivery offer. We ended up ordering in store and buying a completely different mattress to the one intended due to Lucy's advice and help. We did not feel pushed into buying or rushed in any way, although we spent a fair bit of time trying different mattress out.

I normally shop online but my Husband and I decided that if we were to buy a new mattress, we had to try them for comfort. We visited Truro store and were assisted by James who explained 'the science' of it all. What an incredible choice, who knew! We left with leaflets, having established which type we required. I then did some online research and read lots of reviews and went back yesterday check out four of the possibles, eventually choosing 'The One'! Lucy was as helpful as James had been, more so, as she made me a cup of coffee! Both of them were well informed about their product, friendly and very helpful. The clincher in buying from Dreams for us was the 40 day comfort guarantee, great news, and a price promise & £10, if found elsewhere cheaper. Delivery for a small fee is scheduled for tomorrow, so no long delay, hopefully, and the deposit the bed or mattress in the required bedroom. So far, excellent service, price and V. good coffee

the store staff were extremely helpful and afficient. The time for delivery was very quick,the delivery men were spot on with their timing very polite and helpful their names being Chris e and Kelvin,lovely boys. I would greatly recommend your store to everyone.
