We were able to purchase a great looking bed frame and mattress of our choice, friendly and helpful sales person.

Had exactly what we wanted, assistant couldn't be more helpful and dealt with us quickly and was very accommodating.

My husband is making us a new bed so getting the right mattress is very important, we both suffer from bad backs so it was great to be given a pillow each to try out the right mattress as they vary considerably.

Lucy was very nice and didn't rush me with the purchase. I was given the chance to try out the different Tempur mattresses on my own without being told what my choice was! I was also offered a hot drink while I was there, but didn't fancy dropping it on one of the beds lol :) I was given some pillows to try out and again give the chance to lie down on them and test them out without being bothered. She asked how everything was but didn't hassle me which was great. Also during the checkout I was told everything needed. It was very easy and relaxed.

The customer assistant Geoffrey was very helpful and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for and explained in depth how the mattress worked.

We were given plenty of time to look around the store and as soon as we wanted information we had immediate help and lots of relevant information. We were then given time to try the beds with checks to see if we had further questions. We weren't rushed but once we had made our decision the order was processed quickly and a delivery date scheduled.
