I viewed an item online and the website gave me the option to discuss this item in store, to which I agreed and arranged an appointment. I think it would have been better if the staff were told which item I was there to talk about. Instead I had to try and search for it again to get the name of the product and my phone had limited wifi which made it quite stressful.

Did not like having to lie on the talking bed. Felt a bit stupid Had an issue with prices of mattress versus bed frame being on different sides of product details on products got my hopes up that mattress was within my budget only to discover that this was the price of frame. Mentioned this to staff member
