Prices of mattresses not in sale too high.

We purchased a Hypnos mattress at your Truro store,we were very satisfied and pleased by the way Austin the manager helped us and gave time and advise,very helpful.

Could not find our mattress and had to ask for assistance. But the assistant who dealt with us was brilliant and so friendly and helpful.

We visited a number of outlets in the day, I had to specifically find a member of staff and ask for assistance (even though we were in store for 10mins looking at the product). I would have ordered online, however the only reason I didn’t was the store discount. We were going to buy the additional mattress with the bed but during the conversation with the assistant we opted out- as a business owner myself I did question to myself the ease in which the assistant removed the mattress (£220) from the order. However on a positive note there was no ‘hard sell’.

I think that the prices are very high in comparison to others. However, I will reserve judgement as we are yet to receive the bed so cannot comment any further.

Lots of extra insurances that we did not want to purchase on top of the price.

5 weeks to wait for delivery is a lot longer than we had hoped or expected.
