Store visit was fine. The prices darting around is very annoying, it would be very easy to spend twice as much money one day and half the price the next, this is really naughty of Dreams to do this as people that aren’t savvy could easily spend more money than necessary. The Kendall is a good example one day 710 the next 359, this is really naughty.

I felt it was a pretty high price. There was very minimal ability for the salesperson to negotiate. It was hard to find tasteful beds that were reasonably priced. Got the impression that bed bases in particular is a bit of a racket.

The only reason is..... it said the mattress we wanted was labelled 'take home today' however we have had to have delivery as they didn't have one in the store but other than that is was all in all a good experience!

Good service, could use a simpler way of explaining the colour coding on firmness etc as Benson for beds scale of 1-5. once we asked we were told the different colours mean different firmness'. could do with a we advertised colour code chart.

Being asked to many times by so many different members of staff if we wanted a coffee when we were trying to concentrate on deciding which bed we were going to buy saying no once should be enough.

There was no choice for the size of mattress I need. Just the 1 mattress is available and I have to wait up to 4 wks for delivery.. as it's the only 1 you sell I would have thought they would be ready for dispatch.

The customer service at dreams was completely satisfactory but we felt the quality of the bed frames was not as good as we would have expected.As a result we ordered our mattress from dream but our bed frame elsewhere.

When finalising my purchase, I felt a little bit pressured when being offered extras (extended warranty; delivery options; bed linen; etc.). This put me off taking up several of the options rather than encouraging me to purchase them.

While the store assistants were very helpful and attentive, they were perhaps a little too eager to be of help. I would have preferred a few minutes browsing first before being approached.
