I was just buying a bed. It is difficult to derive huge satisfaction from a simple transaction however efficiently it is carried out. The salesperson was friendly, helpful and efficient. I would have liked it to be a bit quicker but he clearly had a checklist which the company needed him to follow, offering me warranties , delivery options etc,etc.

If I had put highly satisfied with the overall experience, it would have lowered the impact of using "Highly Satisfied" elsewhere on the questionaire. I would have been highly satisfied if the very high quality products that I bought were half the price and delivery was immediate. Obviously, this is not possible, but this would have earnt a "Highly Satisfied" response. My overall experience was very good!

The added extra cost for delivery of new bed, cost of taking the old bed away having to place the old mattress in a green bag, cost of putting the new bed together The bed cost £518 with £100 extra costs’ very hard sell for us to buy other things in the store, I accompanied my 85 year old father and not use to a hard sell

Service was satisfactory . We were given the right amount of attention questions were answered knowledgeably . Coffee was offered but declined by us while the paper work was filled . Overall reasonable experience buying a bed .

When I arrived, the salesperson was sat at a desk. She said hello but didn’t get up to offer assistance, not even after 10 minutes of me wandering around the store trying to find what I was looking for. I had to approach her and ask for help.

The display was not operating correctly and waiting for an engineer. Unfortunate. The item I purchased was carry home so could not rate delivery time. The other mattress was purchased from manufacturer outlet, ex display with £700 discount. This could understandably not be price matched.

We felt there was the potential for discounts to be placed on products but staff did not know these without taking to another colleague

I found the extremely hot air conditioning slightly off putting whilst trying beds as it made you feel uncomfortably hot & difficult to discuss things due to it being so loud.
