I was delighted that so many sleep motion beds were on show and that I was able to try different combinations to help me select one that was right for me

Our welcome, our briefing on Covid requirements, very friendly staff and a lovely clean store all added to our most enjoyable experience. The staff were more than helpful in directing us to the mattresses in our price range and allowed us to try them out too.

The Store Manager at Truro was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained the process to us of being “measured” for our bed and listened to what we wanted and didn’t want and was very helpful and informative.

The sales person was very good

Austin was very helpful in his advice to us.

Overall pleasant experience and we purchased what we had set out to buy.

Alexandra was really helpful, she was efficient but at the same time chatty and friendly. We enjoyed the sleep science test, and were given ample time to browse divans and frames before sitting down to make the purchase. All in all very pleased with the service.
