Not informed of possibility of returning item within 40 days before we chose item. Not informed this did not apply to sale items before we made choice. Mentioned verbally at high speed when purchasing. To little time to read terms and conditions.

The person I spoke to on the phone gave the impression that he was not au fait with the product and when he emailed the confirmation it was rubbish

The system used to do the credit checks kept crashing, after a phone call it was still dropping out so I have left the store having paid 20% deposit but not knowing if I will get issued the credit offer....I have to return to the store again to sort it all out.

I ordered two beds but on delivery both were faulty. I waited a couple of weeks for replacements to find that one of those were also faulty. I was told that it would be another two weeks but for some reason my second replacement was cancelled in error. I still had the two beds to use so it was no big deal but just a nuisance. I eventually had the second replacement and all is well. To their credit, Dreams then offered compensation in the form of £80 vouchers which I accepted. The quality of the beds and mattresses are fine but on this occasion I was plagued by problems due to manufacturing and not checking the condition of the goods before dispatch. But the staff were excellent and very helpful and, in spite of my experience, I would recommend them.

This is silly. Nothing has happened yet. This survey is much too early. Shop people were delightful and very helpful with just the right approach. I am disappointed that the bed has no finish on the back so I will have to reupholster behind the headboard. But it hasn't arrived yet ..... so really can't confidently say anything about the service or the product.

The sales girl I had offered me a matress on discount. I said I was unsure if I wanted a matress' in the sale or full price as would rather have one that wasn't a show bed. She said "it's a bargain". Then walked up to her college brushed her shoulders and said "told you I would sell it to someone.... I'm that good!!!". I stood there in disbelief!!! I'm in sales myself and to say that in ear shot of the customer is unbelievable!!! I needed a mattress that day or I would have walked away. I felt annoyed I spent money in your store when your sales representives have that little respect for their customers. I feel your sales girl needs further training on customer services and couldn't believe she is allowed to be face to face with customers without someone of higher training present. When I called to complain no one took my call. And kept agreeing to contact me back. Without doing so. The product itself is brilliant but the quality of your staff is unbelievably horrifying. If a customer says I would rather have brand new.... I assume the team would listen and assist them!! Unbelievably rude!!! Will never shop with you again.
