Dreams very unhelpful felt as if I had been robbed will never never shop with Dreams again. And if you ignore this survey it will show me exactly what a bunch of money grabbers you are.

I have never bought anything from you but this is the second order you've notified me of. I suspect it's a typo but I'd appreciate it if you'd sort out your CRM. This is distressing in a world of Internet fraud. It's possible you'll ignore this message too.

During purchase of the bunk bed and mattress's the assistant Lucy was very helpful and friendly, it prompted me to purchase more than planned as I was only interested in purchasing a bunk bed initially. After leaving the store I had reservations regarding the mattress's ordered however upon ringing with the 48hrs of purchase to alter the order Lucy's attitude didn't come across quite as friendly. I fully understood the conditions of amending my order but it came across as quite an issue and as a result I backed down and am keeping the original purchase that I now feel dissatisfied with before it's even arrived.

I was told that I had no choice but to pay 39 pound delivery charge after buying a mattress then when asking if anything can be done to be told nothing can be done then speaking to other people and they have had the delivery free.

The bed arived yesterday and the headboard is damaged carnt screw feet on bed .im very upset
