As soon as we entered the store, the store manager Geoff said hello and asked us straight away to sanitise our hands. The covid guidelines set was brilliant. The range of beds were brilliant. Going back to Geoff he asked us our needs so explained and even offered to use the sleep machine to get a match! He handed us out pillows and paper for hygiene, he told us the info for each bed etc and left us to it while we decided. And came back now and again to make sure we was OK. Anyway he was first class from start to finish! Credit to your team!

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The member of staff that Processed the sale established my budget, needs and recommended suitable products. Good infection control, I was prompted to use the hand sanitiser and given something to place on the bed so I may try the mattress.
