Geoff who served me was informative without being over bearing. When i mentioned seeing the same kind of mattress cheaper at Bensons for beds he offered to price match which sealed the deal for me, as I found the Dreams mattress to be more comfortable. I was really impressed with how quick I could have the mattress delivered as well, so all in all a great shopping experience. Mattress is coming tomorrow, so looking forward to see if it lives up to expectations, I'm sure it will

On the day we visited the store and ordered a new bed and mattress we were assisted by Geoff. Geoff was very helpfull and knowledgeable able to answer any questions we had. He assisted us in using the sleep match technology which we have already recommened to severl family members. On the day we visited unfortunately the shop was short staffed and only Geoff was in the sales room however Geoff handled this exceddingly well with us not once feeling like we were waiting for his attention.
