Dreams - Truro

Sales person was very knowledgable and provided us with several options which suited our requirements perfectly

Myself and my husband had been looking for a bed online for over a month and couldn't decide on what we liked or needed so decided that a trip to Dreams would be helpful. On arrival we were greeted and kindly given social distancing information, we felt very welcome and safe. We explained what we wanted ie; kingsize bed frame and storage etc. We were able to look around at our own pace and the member of staff looking after us was always available to answer any questions, we also had a go on the machine which measures which mattresses are most suited to us, we thought it would give us the most expensive results but this wasn't the case at all, infact we found the perfect mattress and we are extremely happy with the choice. We also chose a king size ottoman bedframe and two pillows. The service was second to none and to top it off our goods will be delivered sooner than expected, great service all round and not once did we feel pressured.
