We saw Alexandra in the Truro store who helped us choose a bed & mattress. We did the dreams match test & then Alexandra let us try all the ones suggested for us but also cheaper ones as well that didn’t come up just so we could see the difference & thus made me feel better about spending more on a mattress than I’ve done previously

It was very easy to order over the phone from the Truro store. The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. We are very impressed with the service. We will be ordering again from the store in a few months time.

Chloe provided an excellent welcome, assisted us with all our queries ina COVID safe way without feeling there were any compromises. Full range of products to try and review, but professional guidance made sure we made the right choice

The person who assisted us was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Our sleeping needs were assessed and the appropriate mattresses shown. Tissue covering was used throughout.
