This was my first visit to a Dreams store and I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff member who assisted me. I was also pleased with the way the store had been made Covid secure as I am in the age group that could be badly affected.

Staff where so friendly, it was quick and easy, stress free. She knew her stuff so it was so easy to make a decision. I wasn’t rushed, she gave us her full attention. She was very careful with the whole COVID stuff. After it was all done we chatted for a bit which was lovely.
