Daniella who looked after us at the store was friendly and helpful. I liked that she gave us just three options to consider rather than confusing us with too many products to look at. We thought the products were good quality and reasonably priced.

The assistant spent a lot of time with us showing us the various products. She also left us on our own so we could discuss and try things in private. There was no pressure at all which made it a very pleasant experience.

As soon as we entered the store Daniela asked us if we needed assistance and pointed out the health procedures you have in place for us to follow. I then explained why we were visiting the store and she explained the ‘test bed’ system. That was an interesting process which resulted in a recommendation we didn’t expect but it turned out to be correct. Daniella then showed us around the list of mattresses recommended before leaving us to browse ourselves. We revisited the list and mad up our mind before returning to her to place the order. She explained all about our order and the delivery system before I was asked to check the order details and pay. Very satisfactory experience. Your training system works.
