Have delivery slightly earlier but still very pleased.

Your staff member Austin was extremely helpful and informative. He knew the products well. He had the perfect balance of being available when needed and giving us space too. The layout of the store was good and the different types of mattresses were clearly labelled. I'm very impressed and am already planning to bring my son along for him to choose his next bed.

We were tested on a special bed .teasing our needs.we are both hard of hearing and the assistant,Austin...was very helpful and even did the test twice as we missed the turning over bit...offers a bottle of water each.also the pillows we used were sprayed with antiseptic..I have never experienced a nicer man selling something to me...and I am 66 years old..so well done to him and the shop that is situated in Truro, Cornwall...thankyou austin..
