My wife and I went to our local Dreams store in Truro. We were greeted by welcoming and professional members of staff. We were directed to the hand washing facilities and the explained why this was in place. A staff member named Austin dealt with us mainly, however we did have chance to interact with all the staff on that day - everyone was helpful, polite and professional. Austin exemplified a fantastic standard of customer service, adhering to social distancing and ensuring our safety first and foremost. He frequently offered water to us, ensured that the mattress's and beds were clean before we tested them and gave us paper roll to minimise contact. Austin clearly has an in-depth knowledge of products, be it their history or features of previous models/mattresses and adequate replacements if they are no longer produced. We were making a large purchase and Austin dedicated a good deal of time to us, ensuring that we had space to think when needed and he was on hand with advice. His communication skills were brilliant and his professionalism was very impressive. The other staff members on that day hard working, polite and professional - very personable team ! Thank you!

Good service taken through and shown all products all explained after using the computerized bed to select the right mattress with help from the sales lady proof of the pudding which should be no problem after the use of our new purchase
