The assistant, Austin, who helped us was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was fully available to help us, but wasn't pushy. He gave us space to try out the products and make our decision. We didn't feel rushed at all. He was very aware of cleanliness and social distancing. It is very important to me to buy as ethically and environmentally friendly as possible. I was very pleased that the mattress we were able to buy will be manufactured in Britain, using as many British products as possible. It is also fully recyclable. I purchased the recycling of my current mattress as well.

The manager of the Truro branch dealt with us while me and my wife was in the store. His product knowledge was brilliant and after him asking us a load of questions he was able to guide us to a mattress that felt perfect for what we was looking for. We entered the store just before closing and we wasn't felt like we where being pushed for time. Delivery of our mattress will be in 3 days of purchase so that's brilliant aswell. Me and my wife cant praise Dreams Truro enough
