I was in a wheelchair and looked after from the moment I was wheeled through the door by a charming lady named Alexandra. After the special test bed it took me awhile to choose a mattress bed and bed head but all the while she was patient and helpful with advice and prices. At the point of payment she went through everything very carefully assuring I knew all the prices had options of insurance and was happy with the delivery date. I felt very well looked after. As we left the store and used the hand wash we were offered a bottle of water. I could not have had better attention.
