The assistance I received from a lady working there was highly knowledgable, tailored to my needs and understandable. She was attentive but not pushy. She gave me all the information I needed and then gave me time to consider my options which was perfect. She was very approachable making me comfortable to ask for help and happy to purchase both a bed and mattress. She is a credit to the Truro store as I couldn’t have received better service.

We got more than we actually went for and a superior product at an excellent price. Austin was very attentive and knew his products. The store had all the required social distancing In place plus the availability of the required sanitising products. All done and dusted in 30 minutes, it saved many hours of potential window shopping which is always a big plus 😄
