Exceptional customer service from Danielle. Listened to our needs and advised accordingly. We feel we came away with the best products for us, with our safety due to Covid being considered at all times. Having had a previous experience of Dreams (5 years ago) where we had terrible service, we very nearly didn't go back but now we are so pleased we did. We will totally go back to Dreams when needing beds again.
