We came to the Truro branch today to buy our first mattress. We were greeted by the lovely Daniella who explained the new Health and Safety regulations to which we were happy to oblige. She took us over to the swanky matress deciding machine and explained the results to us. She then took us through each variety one by one and explained the benefits of each. We then had some time to ourselves to make a decision and try out the beds again. She was very informative and extremely helpful. Thank you Daniella and staff at Dreams Truro. We WILL be back!

We were served by Austin, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for, he was also very aware about the need for rules during the virus outbreak keeping staff and customers safe, a very enjoyable visit and Austin is a credit to your company.
