Chloe was extremely knowledgable, pleasantly friendly, and not in the least pushy. She even went so far as to give additional advice on other aspects of the bed set up which were very useful to us. Compared to other retailers the COVID-19 hygiene measures were superb yet unobtrusive. We will certainly recommend and mention Chloe by name.

Sales assistant very helpful and efficient, covid precautions excellent. Would have liked a bit more choice, but overall very happy with everything so far....now we wait for delivery!
