From the beginning right till the end Austin made us feel extremely welcomed. He had a great knowledge of the products and explained everything very clearly and gave us some great tips too! He worked in accordance to new social distancing rules, safety and cleanliness throughout the shop and made sure that we also had a chance to properly explore and try out mattresses we wanted to check with privacy. He even gave us a discount on the pillow which was really nice of him. Additionally I absolutely love the sleeping test machine in the Shop! Thank you Austin and Dreams
