When we visited the Truro store we went for a browse and didn’t intend on buying anything that day. As soon as we entered the store we were made to feel very welcome and it was explained how we could find what we were looking for with ease. We were greeted by Austin and he was very helpful and extremely informative throughout our experience. Once we started looking around and trying out some mattresses all our questions were answered and fully explained which made us change our minds and purchase something that day. We were also happy with the amount of care taken to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which with as normality as possible during these difficult times.
