Geoff the assistant greeted us as we went in, he explained about the sleep match with us and came over very knowledgeable. He then discussed the results with us and explained the best sort of mattress to give us the best support . He then showed us the mattress and gave us time to try them at are leisure, on return he answered any questioned we had and explained and took us through the purchase of our Mattress. At no time did he give us the impression he was in a hurry . I would recommend this store to anyone and I am looking forward to our mattress arriving and a good night sleep

Geoff was not pushy merely explained the different Tempur mattresses and answered every question satisfactorily

The sales person was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping my and my wife make the right choice for us, he explained our choices and allowed us to make the decision based on the information he gave us.

Geoff was really helpful and not at all pushy he gave us just the right balance of guidance and time on our own to explore. The store was light and spacious with a nice warm temperature on a cold day. Everything was clean and well laid out. Great coffee too.
