Knowledgeable staff member who could not do enough to help us

Assistant greeted us as soon as we walked through the door.We then started to look around and the assistant asked if she could help. We explained that we had purchased a bed a the beginning of January but the mattress which was supposed to have been medium was as hard as a rock. She suggested we did the test to see what sort of mattress we should have which turned out to be medium. She showed us the recommended mattresses then she left us to try them again until we were satisfied with which one we wanted. On ordering she told us we had 30 days if we werent happy to return the mattress which I dont think will happen. After finishing our drink and paying for the order we left

I have never bought a bed from a store before and but as I have a chronic health issue, I felt I needed more help in choosing a bed. The advisor in the store was friendly and approachable but also gave us enough space to consider our options and make a choice we felt comfortable with on our own terms. This is the most I have ever spend on a bed by a considerable sum, but the experience has helped me feel comfortable with the investment.

We found the item on the internet initially but wanted to see it working before we ordered. Given that the manager of the store was working solo due to staff sickness, he allowed us time to show how the product worked and answered all of our questions. We placed the order there and then in store.

We had a lovely man helping us and was helpful in finding us the cheapest option with the best comfort for both our mattress and bed frame, he offered us an Ex display headboard for reduced price which was in exceptional condition and sold us pillows as well which are amazing.

Austin at the Truro branch was highly professional, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and polite and we cannot praise him enough.
