Dreams - Truro

It was nice to be able into the shop look around and know one hassle you when you walk in the door. Chloe the sales assitance was lovely, talked us through all the mattresses that matched us, spent a good hour with us didn't feel rushed,in the end we brought mattress and the base, thank you Chloe.

From walking in I was greeted by Geoff who asked me if he could help with anything. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the machine that tells you what mattress would suit you best - I was quite impressed by this! After a few minutes Geoff told me what mattress would be most suited to me. He gave me a pillow that would be best suited to me and showed me the mattresses that were recommended. Geoff went into detail about each mattress, he was so knowledgable, friendly yet at the same time he was not at all pushy like some salespeople can be, I decided on a divan, headboard and mattress. Geoff took me to his desk where he put the sale through and whilst doing this he asked if he could make me a cup of tea or coffee. The friendly touch makes so much difference. The whole process was very straight forward and Geoff gave me the choice of the available delivery dates, and advised me of the extras I could purchase such as old mattress/bed removal, assembly of bed etc. This was my first visit to Dreams but will be by no means my last. Geoff is a credit to your company and I hope he receives some recognition that he so duly deserves.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options in store to try out so could find what I wanted.

The machine we used to get our measurements and I found really helpful to understand what type of mattress to purchase, in conjunction with the colour coded mattress types made for shopping for one really easy Was given a coffee to walk around with, and the staff were really friendly and helpful

We were served by Chole who was extremely helpful knowledgeable efficient polite and friendly. She was able g to answer all our questions and offer advise and possible alternatives. She listened to what we wanted and advised us accordingly. A credit to your company

We were greated by Austin who was extremely helpful, we were offered tea/coffee/hot choc, he set us up on the dreams station where we would test to see which mattress would be best suited to us and understood our budget. Once we had made Austin aware of our budget he didn't make us feel that our sale wasn't worth the work he was brilliant. We were undecided on which frame to choose due to our budget but he was happy and willing to provide us with quotes to compare on all 3 of our choices.

I went into the Truro Store on Friday 24th January and was approached by Austin We discussed my requirements and he showed me every option open to me from a new base, ottoman and drawer units. I was impressed with his knowledge and he was very helpful. I went away with a printed estimate giving me time to think about the purchase. I returned to the Truro Store today I saw Austin who went through the options available and I am delighted to have made the purchase. Austin deserves recognition and I would recommend him to my friends.

Very pleasant, non pushy reception & offer of hot drink, followed by efficient exploration of my particular needs. All questions answered & conditions of sale clear. Immediate warm recognition upon return to purchase & complementary ‘manager’s pack provided. All good.

Chloe who we dealt with was brilliant, we found cheaper else where (not by much) but we wanted to buy from dreams because of chloe and the amazing service we had the previous time we bought from dreams.
