Swift but not pushy service from staff members. Took time and very respectful with my elderly mother. Supplied a pillow and cover for her to try the mattresses in comfort. Nicholas also gave us time to go back and take our time deciding once he'd answered all our questions and shown us all we wanted to see. Very clear and informative service.

Store assistant was very friendly and helpful, set us up in the mattress-finder machine, then guided us through the options suggested. Made the process very easy.

We entered dreams at Charlton was greeted by Nicholas. We found what we wanted and he provided us the info about the bed. Once we agreed what we wanted he skills in dealing with customers was very refreshing. He provided us with drinks and acted quickly on the computer. Felt Very valued as a customer with him.
