We were allowed to go in and try all of the mattresses, nick was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction until we found one that suited us best, We we're even able to take the one we chose away with us! Nice and friendly, no pushy sales

We entered dreams at Charlton was greeted by Nicholas. We found what we wanted and he provided us the info about the bed. Once we agreed what we wanted he skills in dealing with customers was very refreshing. He provided us with drinks and acted quickly on the computer. Felt Very valued as a customer with him.
