Buying a teenager's first adult double bed could have been a nightmare, but Justin was incredibly helpful and pointed us in the right direction. He helped us narrow down our choices, based on the different bed types which my son wanted. Explained the differences between the mattresses and pillows.

At the time of our visit, my wife was unwell, but the assistant, Natasha, we very understanding and helpful and gave my wife a bottle of water. She took time to explain the differences in matresses and ran through all of the various selections available.
