Good customer service

We were highly satisfied with our staff member Justin at the Greenwich store. We had been to a previous store and wasn't as pleased. We weren't to sure what we were looking for and Justin offered to put on a mattress machine which helped to gather what mattresses were best suited to us. All the mattresses were lovely but we were able to pick one of these mattresses which we are very happy with. Justin explained all the deals which were on offer with the bedding we also ended up buying. He offered us a drink and a pillow when trying the mattresses which i also though was a particularly nice touch to the experience. Overall we were extremely happy with this store and this member of staff.

After looking at reviews from your charlton branch I made a decision to travel from East Dulwich all the way to charlton. I was so glad I did as the customer service is out of this world. I was put on the sleep match machine and was told in depth what was going to happen. Justin gave me and my daughter a bottle of water to top it all of. His knowledge helped us do much and we ended up buying a bed and mattress and pillows. The same piliow that he gave us to try. I will be returning with my sister as this experience will forever stay with me. Thank you Justin for making us laugh and for all your help

We were assisted by Vinny who went out of his way to assist us and answered all the questions we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. It was a pleasure to meet someone who was happy to serve and keen to make sure that we were happy with the product.

Justin greeted me and assisted me to use the sleepmatch machine. He supported me to try the different mattresses recommended and gave me a pillow to use during my visit. Justin was pleasant and gave me enough time to try and retry the different types of mattress and gave me a bottle of water as well. I am very satisfied with my experience.

The Sales person was very polite and professional. There was no hard-sale tactics applied. He was very patient and attentive.

Nicholas welcomed us with a big smile which gave assurance that we were in the right place. We felt at ease as he asked us relevant questions. Nicholas provided us with excellent service at all times focusing on our needs. We believe he is a great asset to the company.
