Nick sold me a sofa bed and I ended up buying two as it was great service

What a fantastic experience! Waking up from the most hideous nights sleep prompted immediate googling of local bed companies. Dreams came up as recommended and the combination of excellent reviews and a sale lured us in. Clicking on the 'Book Appointment' tab I have to say I expected it to then be an arduous process however it was quick and simple to get an appointment that same afternoon. The team in-store could not have been more helpful especially Natasha who started off by assessing the perfect mattress for us with the high-tech machine leading to a brilliant choice of options that we could have easily fallen asleep in straight away. It was then on to giving us the perfect pillows to test out the recommended beds and sharing great knowledge on all the options. All this while expertly entertaining our energetic toddler who ended up loving the experience as much as us and talking about Natasha the whole way home! The final touch was being offered tea and coffee while discussing the final options - much needed all round I am sure! - and then a super fast delivery date with nighttime comfort now mere weeks away! It was certainly an experience that turned a chore into a pleasure!

Helpful friendly staff with great knowledge plus the assessment process.

Since I'm moving to a new property, I came to the shop to look for a new bed, i did not have much of a clue where to look and what to look. Although I had previously seen a bed online, I asked vinny the person who served me to show me that bed he quickly identified the one I was looking which eventually was the one I went for, we also needed a spare bed and he advise me fir better options in terms of budget and quality. It was a ni e a d easy visit

I was welcome to the shop by nice gentlemen, they understood that I'm pregnant and took the time to show me around. Since I was not too sure of what to get they went over all the options and item availability, since I was in an desperate need of the bed they showed me the best option, although it was a compromise I'm happy with the service and explanation I received

Laud was very helpful and took time to work with us to understand our needs. He also offered and made us a coffee! We only went in to buy a mattress but Laud helped us realize that I needed a pillow as well! We are very happy with our purchase and can't wait to sleep on our new mattress.

Nick was extremely helpful and basically looked after us and advised us from the moment we entered the store until we'd finished ordering our new bed. We're also really happy with the products we chose, though it's more than we would normally spend on a bed and mattress, I'm aware that we had discounts and the quality of the products is well worth it.

Laud and Justin were both great. Very friendly and helpful. It was a really pleasant shopping experience
