From arriving at the store to completing my sale I was very impressed with the service I received. I was greeted on arrival and then left to browse at my leisure until I needed assistance. When I needed assistance he was very prompt in returning. He helped with all my questions and overall was very efficient friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasant shopping experience .

Great service, this was my third coming to the store and the manager Justin and vinny and their service was excellent, unfortunately I had an health issue and Justin promptly helped me by taking me to hospital and sort it all out and their patience was great. They went through great length in explaining everything in a detailed manner and providing great service. Store assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly/approachable... visited shop on my own and he was very helpful.

I’ve been coming to the store every now and then, I can easily state that the service I receive every time is great, whoever is serving is always very attentive. Charlton store is a definitely a shop I’ll be returning to.
