The Sleepmatch technology is brilliant. We came for it and we were not disappointed. We saved a lot of time and headache finding the perfect mattress. To top it off, Grace (our consultant) provided us the human touch we needed by being knowledgeable and approachable.

Natasha, our assistant was very helpful to our needs for our special needs daughter, (38), she made our daughter feel comfortable, we worked out which mattress was compatible to her needs, and purchased what we hope to be the perfect mattress.

the staff was very welcoming, friendly with smiles on their faces, they offered me tea or coffee they listened to my needs, gave me advice on the item I was purchasing and informed me about the delivery time .

Justin made my mother a cup if tea and even gave her some biscuits. He put her on the machine and was very polite and respectful. A+ customer service
